MTV NewsBelgian band dEUS are back. Their third album, The Ideal Crash, was released on the 15th of March, and is already gold in their home country. The album is also climbing the charts in Holland and Portugal. The first single of The Ideal Crash is Instant Street, a typical dEUS song. For the video, the band had to go to disco and they also has to learn some fancy dance moves. This is what it looked like.
Tom Barman - The idea of the video is actually the theme of another song in the album - called One Advice, Space - which is basically the kind of feeling… you’ve been out for a long time, you’ve been going out, at night, and you’re in a club, and you’ve been drinking, and you’ve been talking and you’ve been having a good time, and then suddenly you just, like, wanna go home, but the place is so full and you… basically, it’s the stepping out of a natural kind of… a discotheque at six in the morning.

Tom Barman - My idea was like, the coup de resistance, would be to have the whole band, with 10 or 12 real dancers, just do a choreograph… a choreography, on the streets, anywhere.
It shouldn’t be ridiculous, it shouldn’t look like we’re trying to do something that we can do. On the other, it should be really cool, and we should be walking, we should be going away, so… The whole idea of the cops standing in front of us was something that we, that happened to us, and then the whole idea of them walking away from the cops…
