| SUSKE FROM SUSKE & WISKE IS THE VERY FIRST DEUS FAN IN THE WORLD OF COMICS |

Suske & Wiske (aka Spike & Suzy in English or Bob & Bobette en français) is a very successful comics series, with very imaginative plots (originally the brainchildren of Belgian Willy Vandersteen, who died in 1990 and is now replaced by Marc Verhaegen & Paul Geerts) that go in all directions, but mostly with a surrealistic fantastic atmosphere. The following is the beginning of the latest instalment in the series, called De Europummel, and was first published in the Suske & Wiske weekly in late December 2001.
