- His favourite soccer team : Barcelona
- no sympathy for the Dutch (all arrogant sons-o-bitches), but sympathy for their soccer
- now that Belgium has left the tournament, he will support Portugal.
- he used to play a lot of soccer in his childhood, as a forward (waiting for the ball all the time)
- other sports he used to do are basketball and fencing (he did it for three years, but wasn't agressive enough for to do it in competition).
- soccer players have less freedom than musicians : they have to remain within the lines
- "when will there be a match dEUS agains Soulwax ?" : as soon as they quit the "doping" ...
- what if he could select a national team of popmusicians : Peter Vermeersch (attacker), Piet Jorens (goal), David & Stephen Dewaele (defender)Stef Kamiel (midfield) and Rudy Trouvé (referee).
- what was the last goal he scored with dEUS : the gig in Haifa, Tel Aviv : that was just below the crossbar !!
- they have just cut his electricity (he has been living for two years in his house but hadn't paid yet)
